Mission
The Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives promotes proactive nursing leadership and provides professional development and support for its members. We achieve our objectives through a collaborative process while serving as a catalyst for shaping and influencing health care policy and delivery.

Membership Districts
The state of Michigan is divided into seven districts. Each district is assigned a director who actively works to recruit and retain members within their respective region.
Board of Directors and Committees
Board members are elected by the membership to conduct the business of MONE and to make decisions on behalf of the organization. Committees are advisory to the Board of Directors for membership, legislative issues, programs, finance, bylaws, and nominations.
