NURSE MANAGER, CARDIAC STEP-DOWN UNIT

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
operations of the Cardiac Step-down Unit, managing 50 FTEs, and
providing clinical and administrative leadership. The 36 bed
cardiac step-down unit provides intermediate care to adult cardiac
medical patients, including congestive heart failure and heart attack
patients, pacemaker implants patients, post angioplasty as well as
pneumonia and upgraded CICU patients.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
BSN or MSN Preferred
Current State of Michigan RN License
ACLS is a must
2 to 5 years management experience at a supervisor or managerial level
